Homeowners’ Association

Across the MeadowThe Foote Farm Homeowners’ Association, Inc., is a Vermont corporation comprised of Foote Farm homeowners. With an elected Board of Directors, the primary purpose of the Association is to:

  • own, maintain, and protect the Common Lands within the subdivision, including keeping the agricultural easements in productive use if possible, and preserving the natural areas;
  • prepare an annual operating budget, assess and collect association dues and charges;
  • appoint a Design Review Board and to conduct design review in accordance with the Declaration and the deed restrictions;
  • enforce all deed restrictions and covenants as set forth in the Declaration and deeds, including design review approval;
  • maintain and/or repair the stormwater collection and routing system throughout the subdivision;
  • maintain and/or repair the wastewater collection, treatment and disposal systems located on individual lots and on the common lands;
  • maintain and/or repair the private roads and to oversee snow removal within the subdivision;
  • ensure on-going compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits and regulations;
  • obtain proper state and town permits for the construction of any common recreational, agricultural or storage facilities and to maintain or repair the same.

But it’s not all work! The Foote Farm Homeowners’ Association also plans the common area landscape improvement and social events like winter holiday dine-arounds.

FFHOA dues are currently $750 per lot, annually.
